Charge of the Judas Goats! The latest extravaganza from the folks who brought you the war in Iraq.
And what is a ‘judas goat’ you may ask? In the old-time meat-packing plants, a goat was trained to lead the sheep to slaughter. Today, Judas Goat is a term used for those Neocon plants who infiltrated & subverted the old-time conservative movement; and turned it into its opposite. They are premier among ‘Movement Conservatives’ today and totally run the Republican Party. Formed from the rotting entrails of the degenerating Trotskyite-Communist movement, and fusing with the Zionists, they assumed a ‘conservative’ coloration and launched an entrist policy vis-a-vis Republicans & conservatives. They began to see success as Reagan welcomed them with open arms. Once inside Reagan’s big tent, they rapidly took it over.
With the Bush-Cheney Junta, the Neocons reached the giddy heights of power at the very top. They got their war. But with the War in Iraq an abject failure, the Neocons were forced to lower their profile. The Money Power which financed them, chose the Democrats in 2008, with the well-groomed and pliant Barack Obama as the candidate. Such is the musical chairs of American politics.
But with widespread anger over Obama continuing the Wall Street over Main Street policy of Dubya, the Tea Party Movement rose in opposition. With the libertarian-minded Ron Paul as their standard-bearer, they threatened to dislodge Neocon dominance in the Republican coalition.
This threatened the Neocon plans for war with Iran. To be sure, Obama actually in office threw all restraint to the wind and became a born-again Neocon, in practice. But with the odds starting to favor a one-term Obama Presidency, it became paramount for the Neocons to prevent a Tea Party takeover of the GOP.
The Neocon attack on the Tea Party movement proceeded along two tracks. First came the frontal assault on Ron Paul by ersatz comedian Ben Stein labeling Dr Paul as an anti-Semite. This has been followed by Glenn Beck trying to smear Debra Medina as part of an attempt to indirectly marginalize Paul. This, in turn, is being fanned by David Horowitz labeling Paul & Medina as ‘anti-American libertarians.’
The other track is to subvert the Tea Party movement from within. Using the time-tested entrist tactics of their Trotskyite forebears, they came up with Sarah Palin to take over leadership of the Tea Party. What she lacks in intellectual ability, she more than makes up for in sheer moxie and cunning. The Tea Party is on the ropes.
